Allergy Administrator

Department: Allergy 26
Location: Hedwig Village, TX

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare shipping boxes

  • Pre-load boxes with notices or freebies

  • Retrieve empty/ completed bins from mixing room

  • Wipe the bins and stage for processors

  • Bring ship to clinic vials to pre-processing clerk

  • Place ship to home vials in boxes with correct protective packaging material and print/place labels

  • Transmit shipping notice to patients and enter pickup requests using USPS system

  • Perform daily inventory (PAR level) and replenish supplies/enter order needs into form

  • Perform weekly inventory and complete order form for supervisor approval and placement

  • Retrieve in-process bins from MA or PT

  • Place label(s) on vials and baggies

  • Put any notices or instructions in baggies and place bins in appropriate mixer batch

  • Package/ place vials in bin/bag for courier pick up

  • Enter new ship to home patient demographics into USPS system

  • Receive and ship Fast Pass cards to clinics

  • Work Edge ticklers (last office visit, expired vials) sending TE to appropriate team member

  • Assist shipping clerk with patient shipments as needed

Qualifications

  • Current High school student, high school diploma, or GED

  • Ability to conduct data entry using a computer

  • Ability to use basic math for inventory counts?

  • Able to lift/ carry 30 lbs.

  • Ability to write and speak English
