Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare shipping boxes
Pre-load boxes with notices or freebies
Retrieve empty/ completed bins from mixing room
Wipe the bins and stage for processors
Bring ship to clinic vials to pre-processing clerk
Place ship to home vials in boxes with correct protective packaging material and print/place labels
Transmit shipping notice to patients and enter pickup requests using USPS system
Perform daily inventory (PAR level) and replenish supplies/enter order needs into form
Perform weekly inventory and complete order form for supervisor approval and placement
Retrieve in-process bins from MA or PT
Place label(s) on vials and baggies
Put any notices or instructions in baggies and place bins in appropriate mixer batch
Package/ place vials in bin/bag for courier pick up
Enter new ship to home patient demographics into USPS system
Receive and ship Fast Pass cards to clinics
Work Edge ticklers (last office visit, expired vials) sending TE to appropriate team member
Assist shipping clerk with patient shipments as needed

Qualifications
Current High school student, high school diploma, or GED
Ability to conduct data entry using a computer
Ability to use basic math for inventory counts?
Able to lift/ carry 30 lbs.
Ability to write and speak English
